WARRANTY
Until further notice, when and if I establish a more restricted warranty, I will replace any component which fails for any reason. If you return a defective unit, I will repair it and return it under identical shipping terms, i.e. if you send it collect, I will return it collect and if you send it prepaid, I will return it prepaid. If you are a rocket scientist and can take it apart, the same deal applies to any component in the product.

Registration occurs with your order. The company maintains a computer database of all customers.
FACTORY DIRECT SALES
It is my opinion that the most effective way to generate more sales is to have an existing owner make a recommendation to a friend. In order to encourage existing owners to make such a recommendation, I hereby offer a credit of 20% of the sale price toward the purchase of any speaker model in the “Silent Speaker” line. This credit will be allocated to any registered owner who is properly identified by a new customer as the one who recommended his or her purchase.
The product line will include a range of main speakers varying in price and size, as well as, a full complement of satellites and sub-woofers suitable for home theater applications.
